Methods A 80 patients including inpatients (n=18), outpatients (n=21) from various Italian rehabilitative communities (n=41) was recruited between June 7 th , 2021 September 12 2022. administered battery scales, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, STAI, Beck Depression BDI, Reasons For Living RFLI, Acquired Capability Suicide Scale-Fearlessness About Death, ACSS-FAD, Rosenberg self-esteem scale, RSES, Mental pain questionnaire, MPQ, Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire, INQ. each scale we compared a) with without lifetime SI; b) history SA. Then, performed two logistic regression models (stepwise backward method), one SI Results Both SA have higher anxiety (STAI), depression (BDI), mental (MPQ), (INQ), belongingness fearlessness about death (ACSS_FAD) lower (RSES), beliefs coping strategies (RFLI) moral objections (RFLI). (BDI) strongly associated (ACSS-FAD) low levels (RSES) The model able predict 84% cases; 74% attempts. Conclusions results supported that improving ability cope thoughts key component therapeutic work In addition, according IPTS, has been particularly explained death. Hence it may be important focus these aspects prevention. Disclosure Interest None Declared
